This modern 1,662-square-foot vacation rental has three bedrooms and three full luxurious bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests between the master bedroom, two guest rooms, and a twin bunk sleeping area. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a comfy king bed with modern bedroom furniture and custom cabinetry. The private master bathroom has a modern décor with upgraded dual vanities and a custom tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed, a large portrait window, and a luxurious attached bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower that is shared with the downstairs common areas. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed with comfy linens and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower that is shared with the upstairs bunks. The upstairs loft has a custom built-in twin over twin bunk beds which provides sleeping arrangements for extra guests and is great for children.

Bear Claw 405 is the pinnacle of modern space and was fully renovated in 2020. The main level living area has been carefully laid out and combines mountain feel with city décor. The living room has an updated fireplace with mounted TV above the mantle and an open floor plan combining the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been updated with granite style slab counters, stainless steel appliances and fixtures and offers four stools at the breakfast bar. The dining room is just off the kitchen and features seating for six with access to the corner deck offering expansive views. There is an additional living space with a TV upstairs providing plenty of space for your group to unwind at the end of a fun-filled day.
