Bear Claw 507 is a modern 1,970-square-foot vacation rental featuring three bedrooms and three and a half luxurious bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. This fully upgraded home offers a blend of style, comfort, and convenience for your Steamboat getaway. The spacious primary suite is on the main level and features a king bed with chic bedroom furniture. The private primary bathroom boasts a sleek modern design and a custom walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with custom built-in cabinetry. This room shares access to a full bathroom with the loft area. The upstairs loft provides an oversized sectional sofa with plenty of space to enjoy your favorite movie after a day of adventure. For added convenience, the sofa in the loft also converts into a queen-sized sleeper bed, offering extra sleeping space if needed.

The Bear Claw complex features a variety of shared amenities (located in the Bear Claw II building) such as a heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs, seasonal lounge with fireplace and après ski bar, a private ski locker on the same floor as your rental condo, a fitness center with a Peloton bike, a sauna, and more.

Each Bear Claw condo is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. Each kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.
