For those cozy nights in or when you’re in the mood for a cinematic experience, this home features a dedicated media room. Whether you’re catching up on your favorite TV series, enjoying a movie marathon, or cheering on your sports team, this is the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.
Step into the epitome of luxury as you enter the master bedroom wing. With its spacious layout and direct access to a private balcony, this retreat is designed for those who appreciate the finer things in life. The master suite boasts a king size bed, seating area, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, wet bar with a mini refrigerator and a private ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, a soaking bathtub and walk-in shower. The Jr. master suite is outfitted with a king size bed, views of the ski runs, a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, custom built-in workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Down a separate wing of the home, the third, fourth and fifth guest bedrooms can be found. The third guest bedroom has a double size bed, views of The Steamboat Gondola and Yampa Valley and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. At the end of the hall, the fourth guest bedroom offers a two double beds and the fifth has a full over queen bunk bed. These rooms share access to a balcony overlooking the pool and a full bathroom outfitted with a double sink vanity, soaking bathtub and walk-in shower. Guests may also enjoy the added convenience of a powder bathroom, centrally located in the home.
Edgemont Amenities
The luxurious Edgemont complex features a variety of shared amenities such as a heated saltwater pool and two hot tubs, private lounge with fireplace and coffee station, gas communal firepit overlooking the slopes, private ski locker room with oversized lockers and boot dryers, and a fitness center with a Peloton bike. Guests of Edgemont are also welcomed to use the fitness center in the Bear Claw II building.
Each Edgemont condo is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. The spacious chef’s kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.
Edgemont guests enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas. Information on downloading and using our app will be provided prior to check-in.
