Edgemont 2707 is a distinctive 1,756-square-foot vacation rental featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary suite offers a queen-sized bed, an in-room fireplace, access to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, a slope-facing window, and an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The third bedroom is perfect for families, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, access to the balcony, and a bathroom just across the hall with a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower. To accommodate additional guests, a queen-sized sofa sleeper is provided in the living room.
Edgemont Amenities
The luxurious Edgemont complex features a variety of shared amenities such as a heated saltwater pool and two hot tubs, private lounge with fireplace and coffee station, gas communal firepit overlooking the slopes, private ski locker room with oversized lockers and boot dryers, and a fitness center with a Peloton bike. Guests of Edgemont are also welcomed to use the fitness center in the Bear Claw II building.

Edgemont guests enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas.
